Section 01

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77adc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77adc website located at https://77adc.bio and all associated services, games, features, and content made available through it.

By accessing the 77adc platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, conditions, or guidelines published for individual promotions, games, or features on the 77adc platform. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 77adc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Access to the 77adc platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above. The platform employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or barred from the 77adc platform or from any other online gaming platform for reasons relating to fraud, collusion, or breach of terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 77adc or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• All registration information you provide — including your name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 77adc platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you suspect that a duplicate account exists in your name, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

77adc reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account if the eligibility criteria above are not met, or if the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided during registration is false or misleading.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 77adc account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

77adc will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 77adc that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77adc immediately. The platform will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such notification. However, 77adc cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

Account verification is a mandatory step before any withdrawal request can be processed. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of your registered payment method. 77adc may request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. If your account holds a positive balance at the time of closure, the funds will be returned to your registered payment method after all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding withdrawal conditions remain.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77adc platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to your account balance. The platform does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on 77adc:

• bKash — mobile financial service
• Nagad — mobile financial service
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — mobile banking
• Upay — mobile financial service
• City Bank — internet banking transfer
• BRAC Bank — internet banking transfer
• Islami Bank Bangladesh — internet banking transfer

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at 77adc's discretion. Deposits credited to your account via bonus promotions may carry separate wagering conditions as described in Section 5.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts using mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. 77adc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

77adc offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on the 77adc platform unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Contribution rates for each game category are published on the promotions page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are shown at the time the bonus is credited.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit stacking.
• 77adc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account shall be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players to exploit bonus structures, or placing hedged bets to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 77adc platform are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to verify the details of any bet before confirming it. 77adc does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described below.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Any subsequent review or appeal decision by a governing body after initial settlement will not trigger re-settlement unless 77adc determines otherwise at its sole discretion.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be handled according to the specific sport's rules published in the sportsbook help section.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets already accepted before suspension will stand.
• 77adc reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including bets where an obvious pricing error occurred or where market integrity was compromised.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Return-to-player (RTP) statistics are available within each game's information panel. 77adc does not manipulate game outcomes. Technical malfunctions in games will result in the voiding of affected game rounds and a refund of the staked amount to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77adc platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per individual, household, or shared device.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game content, or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, live dealer game, or tournament.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification processes.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law, where you have represented during registration that you are not doing so.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your 77adc account.

Section 08

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77adc platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, trademarks, and service marks, is the intellectual property of 77adc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 77adc.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Your use of those games is subject to those studios' end-user licence terms in addition to these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77adc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming funds due to platform unavailability, or any other intangible losses.

77adc's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 77adc account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77adc makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability for which 77adc accepts no liability.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

77adc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. A full copy of the Privacy Policy is available at 77adc.bio/privacy-policy.

Personal data collected during registration, verification, and gameplay is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with regulatory obligations, and improving the platform's services. 77adc does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data where no legal obligation to retain it exists. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

Section 11

11. Responsible Gaming

77adc is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your account. Limits can be reduced immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 77adc platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the 77adc platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. 77adc recommends reviewing the Terms each time you access the platform to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 77adc platform should be directed in the first instance to the 77adc support team at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly and will aim to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. 77adc operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair treatment of all players and transparent resolution of any issues that arise.
